Air-Hydraulic Mobile Jack 25 / 50 t, 2-Stage

Professional mobile air-hydraulic jack designed for lifting commercial vehicles and other suitable heavy vehicles.

Thanks to its compact construction and low minimum height of only 165 mm, the jack can be positioned beneath many axles on small and medium commercial vehicles.

The compressed-air-assisted hydraulic system provides convenient lifting with reduced physical effort.

2-Stage Lifting System – 50 t / 25 t

The jack features a two-stage hydraulic lifting system:

• Maximum capacity, stage 1: 50 t

• Maximum capacity, stage 2: 25 t

This design combines high lifting capacity with an extended working range for professional workshop applications.

Low 165 mm Minimum Height

With a minimum access height of only 165 mm, the jack can be positioned beneath many commercial vehicle axles where larger heavy-duty jacks may not fit.

The maximum specified height is 330 mm, providing a total lifting stroke of 165 mm.

Air-Assisted Hydraulic Operation

The hydraulic system is assisted by compressed air for efficient and convenient lifting.

The required operating pressure is between 8 and 12 bar, with an air consumption of approximately 35–40 l/min.

An integrated pressure relief valve provides overload protection for the hydraulic system.

Extension Adapters for Additional Height

Two extension adapters with heights of 40 and 60 mm are included.

These adapters provide additional flexibility when working with vehicles with different axle and chassis heights and allow the jack to reach its maximum specified lifting height.

The lifting saddle has a diameter of 98 mm.
