Air-Hydraulic Mobile Jack 40 / 80 t, 2-Stage

Professional mobile air-hydraulic jack designed for lifting heavy commercial vehicles, tractors, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and other suitable heavy vehicles.

The short, compact construction improves manoeuvrability in workshops, while the air-assisted hydraulic system reduces the effort required during lifting.

2-Stage Lifting System – 80 t / 40 t

The jack uses a two-stage hydraulic lifting system:

• Stage 1 maximum capacity: 80 t

• Stage 2 maximum capacity: 40 t

This design combines very high lifting capacity with an extended lifting range for heavy-duty workshop applications.

Air-Assisted Hydraulic Operation

The hydraulic system is supported by compressed air for convenient and efficient lifting.

The required operating pressure is between 8 and 12 bar, with an air consumption of approximately 35–40 l/min.

An integrated overload pressure valve protects the hydraulic system against excessive load.

Extension Adapters for Increased Lifting Height

Two extension adapters with heights of 40 and 60 mm are included.

These adapters allow the jack to reach its maximum specified lifting height and provide greater flexibility when working with vehicles of different chassis heights.

The lifting saddle has a diameter of 127 mm for a large and stable contact surface.
