- Vacuum generated by integrated hand pump
Assembly
- The main extraction tank is supplied fully assembled.
- Remove the unit and all accessories from the packaging.
- Check the parts list to ensure all components are included.
- Push the main suction hose into the suction port on the tank lid until it fits securely. The O-ring holds the hose firmly in place during operation.
- Ensure the tank lid is securely fastened to the container.
Preparation
- Park the vehicle on a level surface free from obstacles.
- Shift the transmission into Park or Neutral and apply the parking brake.
- For engine oil extraction, start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature, then switch it off.
- Note: When extracting coolant, do not warm up the engine. Allow the engine to cool completely before beginning the procedure.
Engine Oil Extraction Through the Dipstick Tube
- Select the largest extraction tube that fits the vehicle's dipstick tube.
- Carefully insert the extraction tube into the dipstick tube until it reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
- Note: Do not kink or bend the extraction tube while inserting it.
- Connect the extraction tube to the main suction hose.
- Ensure all hose connections are secure to prevent air leaks during operation.
- Push the main suction hose firmly into the suction port on the tank lid.
- Note: Before starting, verify that the vacuum release plug is fully inserted. If it is not properly seated, the system will not be able to generate vacuum.
- Operate the hand pump to generate vacuum inside the tank. The engine oil will be drawn through the suction hose into the extraction tank until the oil has been completely removed or the tank reaches its maximum capacity.
After Use
- Disconnect the main suction hose from the extraction tube.
- Remove the main suction hose from the tank lid.
- Pour the used engine oil into a suitable waste oil container.
- Dispose of used oil in accordance with all applicable local, regional, and national environmental regulations.
