Oil Seal Installation Tool Set for VAG Vehicles

This installation tool set is designed for the correct and controlled installation of new shaft oil seals.

It is suitable for many common engines used in Volkswagen, SEAT, Škoda and Audi vehicles, as well as engines of the same design installed in vehicles from manufacturers such as Ford.

Petrol Engine Applications

For installing crankshaft, camshaft and intermediate shaft oil seals on the pulley side of the following petrol engines:

• 3-cylinder: 1.2
• 4-cylinder: 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0
• Also suitable for TFSI and FSI engines
• 5-cylinder petrol engines with PTFE oil seals
• Pulley-side crankshaft oil seals on 6-cylinder petrol engines

Diesel Engine Applications

For installing crankshaft, camshaft and intermediate shaft oil seals on the following diesel engines:

• 1.2
• 1.4, 3-cylinder
• 1.4
• 1.6
• 1.9
• 2.4
• 2.5

Brass Shaft Sleeves

Some sleeves feature a two-stage internal profile:

• Internal diameter: 28/30 mm; external diameter: 32 mm; first counterbore depth: 3 mm
• Internal diameter: 31/32 mm; external diameter: 33 mm; first counterbore depth: 3 mm
• Internal diameter: 31/32 mm; external diameter: 34 mm; first counterbore depth: 3 mm
• Internal diameter: 34/35 mm; external diameter: 37 mm; first counterbore depth: 3 mm
• Internal diameter: 35/36 mm; external diameter: 38 mm; first counterbore depth: 3 mm
• Internal diameter: 34 mm; external diameter: 35 mm; counterbore depth: 18 mm
