The Injector & Rail Sealing Kit M16x1 is designed to seal high-pressure line connections directly on injectors or the fuel rail. During common rail system pressure testing, a leaking injector can be diagnosed by disconnecting it from the rail and sealing the open connection with a screw plug.
M16x1 connections are commonly used in Renault and Opel diesel engines. This procedure ensures 100% reliable identification of defective, leaking injectors, allowing accurate diagnostics.
