Professional Hydraulic Transmission and Engine Support Jack, 600 kg, 1140–1980 mm

The second-generation Stahlmaxx transmission and engine support jack is a practical professional lifting solution for gearbox installation and removal, as well as work on engines and axle assemblies.

The robust hydraulic unit supports loads up to 600 kg and can be raised from its minimum height of 1140 mm to a maximum of 1980 mm. Its four swivel castors make it easy to position and move around the workshop.

Hydraulic Operation

The dual foot pump uses a two-speed system for rapid lifting. Its low position allows convenient operation, while the integrated dead-man control supports safe and controlled handling.

A two-stage lowering function enables rapid lowering without a load and precise, controlled lowering when supporting a component. The foot pump is protected by a high-quality dust cover, while the operating pedal features a non-slip rubber surface.

Construction and Mobility

The improved steel construction provides stability and durability. The sealed ball bearings protect the castors against dirt and workshop contamination.

The four Ø75 mm castors are manufactured from glass-fibre-reinforced nylon. Their increased diameter facilitates movement over uneven surfaces. Two castors are equipped with brakes to prevent unintended movement and ensure a stable working position.

Support Attachment and Optional Accessories

The multifunctional support attachment can be used from either side for securing, lifting and supporting components. Holes at the ends of the support arms allow chains or lashing straps to be attached.
