Set profesional de scule specializate pentru reglarea precisă a distribuției la motoarele BMW din seriile N63, S63 și N74. Compatibil cu vehicule BMW, Alpina, Wiesmann și Rolls-Royce echipate cu motoare V8 și V12 pe benzină.

Setul conține toate componentele necesare pentru blocarea arborilor cu came, a arborelui cotit și pentru pretensionarea lanțului de distribuție. Procedura de reglaj se efectuează separat pentru fiecare banc (Bank 1 și Bank 2).

• Verificarea corectă a distribuției necesită pretensionare la 0,6 Nm cu Nr. art. 106650
• Rotiți motorul 90° invers sensului de rotație înainte de demontarea întinzătorului
• Blocați întinzătorul cu Nr. art. 101259
• Nu rotiți motorul fără întinzător sau fără unealtă (Nr. art. 102007)
• Blocarea și verificarea sistemului VANOS sunt obligatorii înainte de reglaj
• Fixați arborele cotit la 150° înainte de PMS cu Nr. art. 121089 și Nr. art. 116738
• Aplicați pastă de cupru pe suprafețele de contact ale șuruburilor arborilor cu came
